Terms of payment

The payment methods accepted by Gabriela Rigamonti Jewels-Online Boutique are PayPal or bank credit transfer.

The forwarding of the payment information via credit card takes place via the highest security standards of PayPal system. The credit card details of the Purchaser are completely illegible to third parties. ETERN.IT srl is not in any way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or details of the validity of the same.
ETERN.IT srl does not take steps to send the products before having received payment.
Shipment costs are payable by Gabriela Rigamonti Jewels-Online Boutique.
In the event of payments made via credit card, the holders of the card or of the accounts care of banking co-operatives or building societies may be subject to authentication and request for authorization. If the Institute issuing the credit card or our Supplier of services should refuse or for any reason not authorize or validate the payment, in such circumstances Gabriela Rigamonti Jewels-Online Boutique shall not be held responsible for the delay in or non-delivery of the products ordered.
In the event of payment via bank credit transfer, the Customer automatically sends an order request to ETERN.IT srl. The order request is confirmed to the Customer via e-mail sent by the Gabriela Rigamonti Jewels-Online Boutique customer service containing the details necessary for the payment. At the time of receipt of the order, the goods are placed to one side pending the arrival of the bank credit transfer into the bank account of ETERN.IT srl. The order request remains active for seven business days, within which the Customer is obliged to make the payment. If within this period the Customer does not make the payment, Gabriela Rigamonti Jewels-Online Boutique reserves itself the right to cancel the order.
The prices indicated are inclusive of Italian VAT.
